1. Right of Withdrawal (EU 14-Day Return Right)

If you are an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us at support@trendsparadise.com before the 14‑day period expires.

Return Conditions

• The item must be in the same condition as received.
• Unworn, unused, and undamaged.
• With original tags and packaging.
• You must provide proof of purchase.

Returns must be sent to the following address:

Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

2. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

• the item is defective,
• the item is damaged,
• you received the wrong item.

We will evaluate the issue and provide a solution.

4. Exceptions (Non-Returnable Items)

The following items cannot be returned under EU law:

• Unsealed hygiene-sensitive products (e.g., underwear, swimwear, beauty tools)
• Personalized or custom-made items
• Digital goods once downloaded

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, please return your original item and place a new order once the return is accepted.
