Welcome to TrendsParadise ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of trendsparadise.com and all related services, features, tools, and products (the "Services").
Our store is powered by Shopify Inc.

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services.

2. ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNT INFORMATION

You must be at least 18 years old to enter into a binding contract through the Services. Users aged 16–17 may browse the Services with parental consent but may not place orders independently.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account or placing an order. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. PRODUCTS & DESCRIPTIONS

We make every effort to display products accurately. However, colors, appearance, and packaging may vary depending on your device and supplier. Product descriptions, availability, and pricing may change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products.

4. ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. An order is considered accepted only when we send an order confirmation email.

If we cancel or modify an order, we will notify you using the contact details provided. Your purchases are subject to our Refund Policy. Products are intended for personal, non-commercial use. We reserve the right to limit or cancel orders that appear to be for commercial resale.

5. PRICES, TAXES & BILLING

Prices displayed on the Website include applicable VAT where required by EU law. Shipping fees, customs duties, and import taxes (for non-EU deliveries) are shown separately at checkout and are the customer's responsibility.

Prices may change without notice. You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and authorize us to charge your payment method for all amounts due.

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

6.1 Shipping Origin Transparency

Some products may ship from warehouses outside the EU (including Asia). Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and customs processing times.

6.2 Transfer of Risk

Risk of loss passes to you upon physical delivery of the goods to you or a person designated by you. If you arrange your own carrier independently of our recommended options, risk passes upon handover to that carrier.

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU 14-DAY RETURN RIGHT)

If you are an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, notify us by email at support@trendsparadise.com before the 14-day period expires. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product is defective or non-conforming. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of our receipt of the returned goods, using the original payment method.

Exceptions (as permitted by EU law):

• Hygiene-sensitive items once unsealed
• Personalized or custom-made items
• Digital goods once downloaded or accessed

8. LEGAL GUARANTEE (EU 2-YEAR CONFORMITY RIGHT)

As an EU consumer, you are entitled to a minimum 2-year legal guarantee on all products under Directive 2019/771. If a product is defective, damaged, or does not conform to its description at the time of delivery, you may request:

• Repair or replacement of the product
• A proportional price reduction
• A full refund if repair or replacement is not possible

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Content on the Services—including text, graphics, logos, and designs created by TrendsParadise—is owned by TrendsParadise or its licensors. Product images supplied by manufacturers or suppliers remain the property of those respective parties. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our written permission.

10. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES & LINKS

The Services may include links or access to third-party websites or tools. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or actions. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

11. RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Shopify provides the ecommerce platform but is not responsible for your purchases, product issues, or disputes with TrendsParadise.

12. PRIVACY

Your personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

13. DIGITAL SERVICES ACT (DSA) COMPLIANCE

Under the EU Digital Services Act:

• You may report illegal content by emailing support@trendsparadise.com
• We will review and act on reports within 14 business days
• You may appeal any content moderation decision by contacting us at the same address
• We confirm that TrendsParadise is a business legally operating in Greece

14. FEEDBACK & USER CONTENT

If you submit reviews, comments, or feedback, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and publish such content for legitimate business purposes. We will not use your content in a misleading way. You confirm that you own the rights to any content you submit.

15. PROHIBITED USES

You may not use the Services to:

• Violate applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Harass or harm others
• Upload malware or malicious code
• Scrape or extract data without authorization
• Use automated bots or agents (except legitimate search engine crawlers operating within standard protocols)
• Interfere with security features of the Services

We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

16. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services for violations of these Terms. Where possible, we will provide reasonable prior notice before termination unless the violation is serious, illegal, or poses a risk to others or to the integrity of the Services. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any dispute. If we cannot resolve the issue directly, EU consumers may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform:

You may also contact the Hellenic Consumer Ombudsman or other relevant national consumer authority.

21. SEVERABILITY

If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

22. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and other published policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and TrendsParadise regarding use of the Services.

23. ASSIGNMENT

You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

24. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece. As an EU consumer, you retain all mandatory rights and protections under applicable EU law, which take precedence where they provide greater protection.

25. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by prominent notice on the Website at least 30 days before they take effect. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you may close your account before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Services after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
