We provide international shipping to most countries worldwide. If we are unable to ship to your specific location, we will notify you and provide a full refund for your order.

2. Processing Times

  • Standard Processing: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed, and a second notification with a tracking number once your package has shipped.
  • Note: Processing does not occur on weekends or Greek national holidays.

3. Shipping Origin & Estimated Delivery Times

Some products may ship from warehouses located outside the European Union (including Asia). Delivery times vary depending on your location and the specific product.

4. Shipping Costs

Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Free Shipping: We offer Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders over €100.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

TrendsParadise is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees applied to your order by local authorities. All such fees are the responsibility of the customer.

EU Customers: In accordance with current EU regulations, shipments may be subject to local VAT or customs duties collected by the carrier upon delivery.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package through the carrier’s portal.

7. Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at support@trendsparadise.com before the order is shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the address.

8. Lost or Delivery Issues

If your tracking information shows that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please:

  • Check with household members or neighbors.
  • Contact the carrier for more detailed delivery information.

If the issue is not resolved, contact us at support@trendsparadise.com and we will work with you and the carrier to investigate. Your statutory rights as a consumer under EU law remain unaffected.
