Surprisingly effective as a cooling fan, even without the refrigeration enabled! A good small size, with useful neck tilt. Functions whilst charging, but only at speeds [01 ,, 25 ,, 50] and without refrigeration. Speed settings are [01 ,, 25 ,, 50 ,, 75 ,, 100] with little difference between 75 and 100. It's undoubtedly quieter than a pedestal fan, however it's still quite noisy even on the lowest setting, with some high frequencies -- like a mini hair-dryer. I'd prefer if the [01] speed was even slower and quieter -- the current [01] speed could be more like [10] or [15]. Pro: definitely cooling! Con: needs some "quiet" settings.
